Next meeting: Saturday April 3rd 10:30 A.M. at Bernard Molberg's shop
The program will feature an overview for the restoration of a Steinway & Sons Model B grand piano, c. 1901, that
Mollberg Piano Restoration has just completed. Areas of interest will include faux graining to blend case parts with a remarkable curly mahogany veneer. We will also discuss the use of new keypins and capstans
made from non-stick anodized aluminum. We'll conclude with a brief preview of the upcoming SCRC regional PTG convention to be held Oct. 7th--9th on the shores of Lake Buchanan.
Following the program, everyone is invited to stay for a light lunch. Please drop Bernard an RSVP at bernard@mollbergpiano.com ,or (830) 833-2210, so he will have an idea of how many will be joining us for lunch.
